Membership Applications
Two types of memberships are available:
- Individual Membership: dues are $40 per year for ASPPA
members and $80 per year for non-ASPPA members.
- Corporate Membership: dues are $250 per year plus $25 per
member for an unlimited number of members, regardless of ASPPA
membership.
Individual membership applications can be made online or by
mail. Corporate membership applications can be made by mail
only.

with any credit card.

payment in any of the ways indicated on the form. For corporate
members, please complete a separate Membership Application for each member.
Note: Membership runs from January 1 to December 31.
